		Sten Osther (b. 1948), Partner and CEO Sten has a Master of Science in finance and marketing. He has more than 30 years top management experience from international companies like Hilti AG, Sommer Allibert, Landis & Gyr, Ericsson, ABB and LCC. He started his career focusing on company infrastructure with project responsibility for implementing new ERP systems in three large companies before he became CEO and President in several companies. 		Fredrik Osther (b. 1968), Partner Fredrik joined Inca Consulting in 2002. He has previous experience as Project Manager, System Manager and Finance Manager/Director from Component Software, Sherpa Consulting and ABB. Fredrik has worked on ERP implementation projects since 1992, representing both the customer side (ABB) and the system vendor side (IFS Scandinavia). He has implemented IFS Finance for Unitor in more than 20 countries and has managed 2 ERP implementations in India and a large implementation for Systembolaget in Sweden. 		Amit Bajaj (b. 1980), Project Manager / Senior Consultant Amit joined Inca Consulting in 2008. He has previous ERP project management and consultancy experience from Headstrong, a global consultancy company in Delhi, and IFS Solutions India (2005-2008). He has also held a position as project engineer at Delphi Automotive System and led the project launch of Honda, Nissan and Indica. Amit holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering. 		Bjørn Christian Hjelm-Bergland (b. 1971), Project Manager Bjorn joined Inca Consulting December 2009. He has more than 10 years experience from the telecom industry as business consultant and project manager. implementing internal controls (Sarbanes-Oxley act 404), Business Intelligence, ERP and CRM projects.. His latest project was at Capgemini where he was responsible for getting the client's Posten Norge's) approval of the acceptance test of the SAS data storage system.
